All accounts you're pushing to must be fully logged out of WoW. The source character does not need to be logged out.
The program reads the source character's addon data and merges it into every other configured account — combining all characters.
Log back in on any account and your combined addon data — gold totals, auction history, bag contents — is right there.
World of Warcraft saves its addon data to disk when a character logs out. If an account is still logged in when a sync is performed, WoW will overwrite the synced data the moment that account logs out. Always ensure all destination accounts are completely logged out before running a sync. The account you are syncing from is not affected and can remain logged in.
